1. Availability

We try to ensure that we always have stock all of product range shown on website. If an item is out of stock, we will remove and not allow customers to place an order on the website.

However, we do offer the facility for pre-ordering items where we can confirm an expected delivery date. And some losses of inventory

2. Delivery

            We try our best to dispatch within 3 days after receiving order and please add more day if the item are personalized but this matter can be add more day due to time of the year for example New year eve ,Chinese new year

3. Cancel of order

            If the item you order you wish to cancel please advise us immediately. If the item not dispatch we will issue refund in the full (standard item) otherwise (personalized) already made ready to dispatch we will refund only the shipping charge.

            If the item already dispatch and go with the DHL process, When the product arrive please refuse to received. After we received item back We will issue refund (Standard item) otherwise (Personalized) will give no refund

4. Refund

            We will refund via the account the you made payment only

5. Return the product

            Our aim is 100% customer satisfy We rely on the customer to order the correct size. If the specific size is supplied we will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product and the customer will be responsible for any further return postage and packing costs. This applies to any items for exchange or refund. Personalized items including loose names and numbers will not be accepted.

            If the product was fail with manufacturing failure (never happen before) please contact our customer support. When return please return with original within 7 days after received

            Promotion Codes / Discounts / Voucher redemption: Only one promotion code/discount voucher can be used against any single order. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
