Costume Ideas for Letter T
Updated on October 27, 2014 AdeleW moreContact Author LETTER THEME FANCY DRESS PARTY
I know it sounds very strange but it is becoming more and more common for people to have a themed fancy dress party where the guests have to come dressed based on a letter from the alphabet.
This allows the guests to come up with some very interesting ideas.
There are a couple of options available for this type of theme.
1) You could ask you guests to dress up as their own initials (or, to make the choice a bit narrower their first name initial only)
2) You could get your guests to dress up related to your initials only
3) You could just issue random letters to your guests and advise them in their invitation.
When you first send out invitations to this type of fancy dress themed parties, your guests may be a little confused. You will need to provide a very good explanation on the invitation of what the theme is about. It may also pay you to print of this page and my other letter based web pages. This will help your guests to find a suitable costume and they will enjoy the party. If you just send them an invite with no real explanation, you may get some ‘no shows’.
Direct them to our website (and our blog – see below) where you will get a fantastic range of fancy dress costumes for every fancy dress theme you can think of
