I’ve never tried to make roses out of money, although that would make a pretty nifty gift. I might consider this for my niece’s graduation gift…flowers and money…perfect way to start college, lol!

Your tutorial was excellent and the pictures were helpful too. I have been looking for a different way to make paper roses and this is a unique idea I haven’t seen before. I think these will be great for project. I plan to try to adapt this see if I can make some mini flowers for a dollhouse project too.

I am going to be out of town with my mom for Mother’s Day so I couldn’t exactly order her flowers…I was looking for a pretty rose that did not require tissue paper and boy did I find it! This is so easy to do and looks GREAT. Thanks for sharing! Oh and I’m with LaurieK the photos definitely helped LOL.

This is really fantastic! One thing though, after finishing the template I think it would have been easier to cut out for me if I had done a mirror image of your photos.

Great to see someone sharing knowledge that can be such a great way to spend quality time with children or use as decorations for that special dinner – but best of all to share with friends and family and have a great time doing something instead of just watching TV. Great hub!!
